Steelcase Rewards 2019 | Tactic Refresh

Challenge: Create artful and inspiring daily communications that keep the global workforce connected to revenue goals all year long. Expanding upon a pre-existing Steelcase Rewards strategy and asset portfolio I designed, I created metallic patterns signifying loyalty level and ranking among Dealer Sales People and Dealership Owners. The pattern-connected tactics I created feature almost 30 separate pieces of collateral – some of which include postcards, mailers, mailer sleeves, program guides, informational pages and flyers, email communications, a branded website, wine tumblers, notecards, pop sockets – the list goes on.

Every piece of printed collateral is truly more special in your hands. Photographs do not do this project as much justice as it deserves. If it looks good, great – but add in the feel good and you’ve got a win. It’s all in the details! Metallic Pantone ink flush with embossed and debossed elements. Soft touch matte paper and UV spot gloss. Can you feel it?
